While the program is geared towards coin collections, it can also be used for other type collections too. I use it for my stamp collection and it works very well. Only drawback in my case is the print feature which does work but I would like to order it by any field field and have it print line by line without headers. In any case its a great tool to keep track of what your collection holds. I cant speak for coins. Lastly the program functons AOK on Windows 10.

First it is very important to know this product is from Germany and all defaults, including prompts are set in German. So when the software malfunctions, your warnings and cues may, and they did for me, appear in German. I had little trouble getting started with this software, however, you will find that explanation of the terms and tittles used in the form fields are lacking for the newer collector. The dollar value appears to defualt to the €, and there does not appear to be any obvious way to convert that to U.S. dollars, at least not after searching the help topics. For U.S. coins there does not appear to be any data base included and you will have to create your own for such things as U.S. Mints if you wish to use a pull down menu to add them to your form field info. They have a form field for the info, but no data in the pull down box. In other form fields, standards information on common coins is not available and you will, once again, have to add it to the pull down box. For example, several American obverse and reverse coin designers on common coins such as the Indian Head Penny required entering. On my third day of entering data, the program froze while opening and stuck at the "initializing Asian Medieval Coins..." loading portion of the process. Using the program's own trouble shooter, it diagnosed and resolved the issue according to its software, which was an incompatibility with Windows 8. Unfortunately, the resolution proclamation was false and the program continued to stick at the same point on relaunch. Nothing more useless than a program that requires you spend countless hours dealing with finding, reporting, and figuring out bugs for the developers.

Font is really small, even installed in English some German words appease, have to figure those out. Need to be able to add more country coins under main categories like modern. Also really needs a tutorial video in case I am wrong.

Excellent piece of software that I use to record a Roman Coin collection. Takes a little bit of getting used to but can be adjusted to suit individual needs. Would recommend as a good insurance database.

Waste of money. Does not load. Installed and uninstalled three times. Keeps "Initializing...." for over 15 minutes and longer. Only once managed to login. It's going straight to the bin.
