This product is shipped via registered mail from Turkey. Mine arrived in 21 days. I had to be home to sign, and I was gone for 30 minutes to the grocery store, so the postal service left a call ticket. I went to the post office on the first business day afterward and got it. Phenol, or Fenol (sic) as it is on the label, is phenyl alcohol and has myriad uses in chemistry. It also has a singular purpose in home medicine in that it will chemically cauterize the nail bed cells when removing a hang nail or deformed nail. The nail will not grow back when treated correctly. You should assume it will cause similar damage to skin on your hands, etc. Handle with care.
