Oh my goodness, this probiotic has helped me so much! I’m detoxing from mold exposure and this is a great binder. My symptoms include burning skin and this product gives me some much needed relief. I also take other binders, but I have more relief after taking this one than any of the others. I have quite a road ahead of me so I will continue to order this probiotic.

This product offers both 10 billion CFUs of the Bifidobacterium Breve probiotic along with an introductory dose (380 mg, or 0.380 g) of inulin, which is a prebiotic fiber. Recommended inulin doses range from 5,000 to 10,000 mg daily, which far exceed the dose provided in this product. I like that this product has no additional fillers, is non-GMO, and is made in the USA in a GMP facility. The product I received expires about 2.5 years after I received it. I am taking this for the probiotic it offers, but do not consider it to be a significant source of prebiotic fiber.
