Pump stopped working today 9 days after I received it 😩

I bought this for my cats because they always sit by the faucet and want to drink and play with the water.They love the noise of the water moving.I recommend if you have a well with hard water, like I do, to not use the tap water. I was going through filters pretty quick. I fill it with my filtered water on the front of my frig. The filters are lasting a lot longer now. You can buy extra filters on Amazon pretty cheap.

This fountain works really well. I can clean it by washing it in the sink or sometimes I put it in the dishwasher (not the pump itself; please refer to the manual because I don’t know if you are supposed to but it worked fine on a eco setting and air dry). My one complaint is that if the power goes out the pump stops and the water level goes down so that cat can’t get water. I noticed this right away and if I leave for a trip I leave my cat a bowl of water just in case.

I bought 2 of these. One for my Minpin and one for my picky cat. My cat wants to drink out of the faucet and I cant keep it running all the time so I thought this would be great. Its not hard to assemble and looks relatively easy to clean. My cat wouldn't go near it. Its pretty loud. You can hear the motor and if its up for the fountain it splashes and makes noise. The dog didn't really care for it either and one of them right away.

My Scottish Straight was immediately all over it, drinking like he'd never been given water before. My Traditional Persian was afraid of it at first, which was not ideal since I purchased it more for him, since he had been having a urinary inflammation and one way to improve that is for the pet to drink more water. However, I've since caught him drinking from it, so everything is good now. It's a little noisy with the flower attachment on (the trickling of the water), but otherwise is pretty quiet. I've had it for three weeks and it's been very dependable so far. It's nice to know they have very fresh water while I'm away.

I have a small dog she loves this so do I because shes a big drinker. Its so cute. Everyone that comes to my home asks what is is and says how cute. Love the mat that goes under it. My daughter uses other brands and she is always replacing pumps. I keep it clean runs like a gem.

I like this cat fountain, so is my kitten. I have another similar one in the bedroom and this one is for the living room . It works quite well so far and hopefully my kitten can drink more water!

I mean my cats have to drink from it. They have no choice, but I like the looks, and the capacity. I only wash it once every 3 or so weeks. I should wash it more often but it doesn't accumulate dirt as quickly as a regular bowl. I'll buy again. When I move to a bigger place, definitely getting a couple more so my cats have more choices where to drink.
