I use this for driving. The pillow adjust to the shape of the lower back after a while. It helps with lower back pains. But it would be more comfy if it was bigger to support more space on my back.

I purchased this pillow based on a published recommendation from someone who always takes it on airplane trips. (I don't recall where I saw this, not on Amazon.) I haven't tried it yet on a plane. It provides good lumbar support on my couch, support that I need to help with sciatica. It's a bit smaller than I pictured. I'm 5'1" tall, and the width and height work well for me. A bigger person might find it just too tiny. It does not support the middle or upper back. Also I find that my body feels stiff after leaning against this firm memory foam cushion for a while. I alternate it with a taller but thinner back rest I already owned.

This is a great lower back support which we are using in an office swivel chair. It works well because it is not too big and does not push your seating forward. Very good, reasonably priced lumbar support.

I've recently developed some back issues. I'm seeing a physical therapist and she recommended getting some back support for situations where I am sitting in chairs that really don't offer proper back support (which is almost everywhere I sit). So I purchased a half dozen different supports, trying to find ones that work. For me, this support isn't sufficient for most chairs. It's helps, but it's much smaller than most supports and for most chairs I find the larger supports more helpful. Where I decided to use this was on my recumbant bike! It definitely helps there, and in that situation there isn't actually room for a larger support, so it's perfect for that situation. Your mileage may vary.

This is neat and I take it everywhere I go. It's great support for my back.

Só I randomly decided to see if it would be great as a regular pillow (since it's small size would make it perfect for traveling).. And.. It's amazing.. Lol. I found it terrible as a lumbar pillow but it made for a perfect travel head pillow.

This lumbar pillow is shaped nothing like the picture. It’s like a blown up bag that comes in your packages. There’s no support as it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ll use it as a pillow that’s the only use I have for it right now. But to use as back support nah!!

This is just way more lumbar support than I needed. I love that it's portable, but it's too much.

I absolutely love this pillow. Originally purchased it for the car but I find myself taking it with me on vacation to use on airplanes and trains quite frequently. Fills the space left on most seats at the lower part of my back and conforms very nicely. Would definitely recommend. Might look a little small at first but anything bigger would be too bulky to use appropriately on most chairs that have side padding. Actually left it on a plane one trip and had to immediately purchase another one

The size of the fake one is 17 X 35 (the one which I received) I had earlier the original Big Hippo which was bigger in size and better quality

Product not what I expected. Doesn't help back way too small. Return option not what I thought. Way too expensive.
