Superb yeast - developed a good loaf flavour.
Bread making is essentially brewing. Just like brewers the bread yeast develops the flavours my 'brewing' the flour.This yeast develops the best flavours I have found amongst many yeasts.I also use it as the base for my sourdough starter.Highly recommended.

Have been using this product for a year now it always make lovely bread and is free from nasty rubbish. You can't go wrong love it
