Great Sound, super comfy and reliable!I purchased a headset from this company a few years ago and it was really good but this headset is defintely an upgrade.I am really impressed with the VIP-A6L Bluetooth headset. The sound is clear, calls are crisp, and the noise cancellation actually works. Super comfortable to wear for hours, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. It is easy to pair with device and stays connected. The VIP-A6L is a solid headset and definitely worth it.....I highly recommend it!!

What an amazing Bluetooth headset! Just bought it and find the sound quality clear, crisp and really enjoy its excellent call quality. Moreover, its Noise Cancellation is amazing, neither you or the other party will hear any background noise.It has an amazing battery life, one day I forgot to charge it and thought it wouldn’t work the next day, but to my surprise it delivered the whole second day. Pairing or connecting it either to your computer or phone is a seamless process, very easy, you don’t have to be a tech to do it.The headset is very comfortable, allowing to use it for hours without discomfort and also very elegant, not like some other bulky out there.In resume it offers great value for money, believe me you won’t regret getting it, you will enjoy it.

I've been using this earpiece for about a week now, mainly for work-related phone calls, and overall, I'm very satisfied.The sound quality is clear on both ends. I can hear my callers well, and they've mentioned my voice comes through crisp without background noise.The battery life is solid, lasting me through a full workday without needing a recharge, and the adjustable fitting makes the earpiece comfortable throughout the day. I also appreciate the quick and simple pairing with my devices and the stable connection even without the dongle.The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the multifunction button placement.It's a bit too sensitive and easy to press accidentally when adjusting the earpiece.Nonetheless, for the price and performance, it’s a great purchase. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable earpiece.

This is one of the best head set I've tried!!The A6L goes over the ear and at first I was hesitant because I use reading glasses but after using it for few minutes I noticed they do not interfere with each other. I used the A6L for about 4-5 hours for 4 days and it shows no signs of neededing a recharge.It fits well over my ears and after few minutes of use you can almost forget it's there.This was a great purchase because you can tell it was built with high quality, I'm able to have a normal, crystal clear conversation and even just for YouTube videos, the sound is great. Pairing was done in a breeze with no issues at all. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The good: Sound quality is great, both sending and receiving. This might be the loudest headset I’ve ever owned. It’s also quite comfortable and fits snuggly in the ear. It never feels like it’s going to fall out. I like the fact that it has a built-in USB-C port so you can charge it while wearing it if you had to, but it lasts a really long time on a charge. It also has terminals on the end for charging on the dock. I hate when these companies don’t show you all the ways it can charge, so I’ve included a picture.Now for the bad: The headset doesn’t charge while in the case, there are no connections inside.The biggest flaw in the design of it is that it only requires a single tap of the power button to turn it on, instead of having to hold it down like most models of this type. The problem lies in that you cannot carry it in a pocket or it will easily turn itself on. The other problem with this is that it turns on when you put it in the case unless you are extremely careful. If it had a small cutout where the button is, or if the button was recessed into the headset, or you had to hold it down for a few seconds to turn it on, or all of the above, this would not be a problem.It also doesn’t seem to have voice prompts to answer the call on it, you have to push the button to answer it, so it’s not really hands-free at all in that regard. It also doesn’t use your contact names, it just reads the numbers to you.An app and some settings would be nice to be able to access, because there doesn’t seem to be any way to update the firmware in it, so wysiwyg.If it didn’t sound so good and the battery last so long, I would give it 3 stars for all the inconveniences that hobble it.
