Prioritization,, Delegation,, % Assignment: second edition(2nd edition)

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this Ebook, the PIN number printed on the book was ABSOLUTELY USELESS, it DID NOT WORK! I was sooooooooo upset I wasted my money on this product! I do not think I will be buying from amazon any time soon, I bought it early but did not scratch off the pin until I was ready to use the book to take my boards and now it is too late for a return. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. what a headache!
