Great for starting workout journey
I got this to start working out at home before getting a gym membership. So far I like it, I get that it’s not exactly like a rowing machine but for someone starting their workout journey, this does well, especially in an apartment. It’s easy to set up and easy to put away without taking up space. The bands feel thick and durable and don’t feel too big or too small. I’m clipping it onto the door for now while using it and have had no problems. For the workout that you get and the ease of setting it up and putting it away I feel it’s worth the money.

Works for machines or walls
This is great for a rowing machine or a good amount of wall if you have proper hooks to fasten to. For us, we don't have the rowing machine but we have a wall that we have some resistance band fasteners for (you can also find these hooks here on Amazon) and we're going to use that as a way to do rowing resistance. These work perfect for that.

NO instructions and a bit confusing
Very functionable, but a little confusing. I've used it a few times, but not on a regular basis. The quality is great. I just can't always figure out what goes where.

Great addition….
Great quality workout bands. Can be used in a multitude of ways. Very well constructed and seems as they will hold up quite well with use. Great addition to a home gym. Easy to use. Great quality. Easy set up and easy to adjust. Good value.

Not the full rowing machine experience. But a reasonable at-home substitute.
"And it only requires a closed door to make it work. Pretty easy concept here, you put the anchor (a foam rubber ""cylinder"") at the end of the strap ""through"" a closed door, and then pull on the handles at the other end. Creative / handy types can surely find other ways to anchor this, but the doorway option is the easiest. Between the handles and the anchor are up to three resistance bands. Just decide which of the three bands to use (45 lb, 55 lb and 65 lb) -- you can clip in one or two or all three using always easy-to-use carabiners. So select your desired weight resistance, and start ""rowing"".Now, on a real rowing machine the seat glides forward and back and allows for a smooth rowing experience. With this you just sit on the floor in a static position. They do provide a butt-sized (or a little bigger) foam rubber mat to sit on. But your body stays where you plant it. Meaning the rowing experience gets you part of the way to the actual rowing motion, but will never get you all the way there. I don't mean that as a criticism, it's just reality. But even though it's not fully the same experience, that does't mean you don't get a decent experience -- I guess I'd just call it rowing-lite.A couple of final thoughts. First, I found the anchor works best -- in my experience -- if run through the gap at the bottom of of a doorway (interior of course). I tried it at about eye level running through the open side of the doorway but the strap was a bit thicker than my doorway wanted to accommodate. And second, I think this is best suited to solid wood doors (which fortunately I have). I can't say that hollow core doors would not work, but I suspect they would be somewhat more susceptible to damage from pulling on them. I don't have that concern so just an observation to consider.

Works Great!
Very good quality, compact and easy to use with full instructions that give a a good workout. Very durable and the different weight bands are very functional with a good range of motion.

Well done kit
This is quite a bit better than I was expecting it to be, honestly. The materials, pieces, and their bound stitching are all really well done and seem sturdy. It all seems like it was made with quality materials. The bit that goes in the door has a good size "puck" on the end of it that's of a thick sponge type material, so it's not going to mark up the other side of the door from your repeated pulling on it while using the bands.I like how everything, including the sitting mat that comes with it, all fits in the mesh bag. It also comes with a handy guide showing just some of the exercises that can be done with the bands.

Close to a rowing machine workout.
The listing claims that this resistance band setup can replace a rowing machine... while I won't go that far, it certainly does come close. You can use one, two or three bands, and it gives you a resistance range from 45 lbs to 165 lbs. I prefer to use the door anchor and sit on a foam cushion on the floor.I've used a rowing machine at the gym many times, and this almost the same workout. And it takes up very little room while in storage. I'm happy to give it five stars.
