Too long to arrive.
The product is as advertised. But twelve days to deliver it was too long for a product that is available at Walmart and all pharmacies.

These are the best if you occasionally have dry eyes issues and need a quality lubricant that does that specifically. It works great if you have to wear contacts for longer than usual or even if you've been dehydrated and not producing enough natural tears. Almost necessary to have when you go on flights as the air in the plane is dryer than the Sahara desert.
