This is a great size journal for travel! The paper is quality and smooth. I was worried that the smooth paper might cause pen ink to smear, but it doesn't at all! No problems with smeared ink or bleed-through since the paper is high quality and the perfect thickness. Totally worth the price. It definitely is better for notes rather than sketching.

Looks close to leather even though it isn’t! Can’t wait to use this for my scrapbooking. Love the navy color

This is a really good notebook and it's very sturdy give in that it you can like kind of bend it. So that is one thing that like it does bend a little bit. But it's great. There's plenty of pages.
