No dust bags available
Bought the j15. Love the mopping it does. Unable to just vacuum because of the unavailability of the vacuum bags. Why gear up and seek something on a big sale holiday with no accessories available? It makes it useless. I’ve been in contact with eureka customer service. Supposedly they’ll be available in two weeks. I have the eureka 20 which is bag less. It works great, I wanted the mopping capabilities of the j15. We have 4 dogs and a lot of fur. The j15 works great but dismal support for accessories 😾
