The suction power is insane — 20,000Pa feels like it could pull dirt straight out of another dimension. It handles carpets, hard floors, edges, and pet hair like a champ. The mopping is brilliant too. Proper scrubbing, not that sad “drag a wet cloth around” that cheaper robots do. Floors come out actually clean, not “optimistically damp.” Obstacle handling is superb — it climbs thresholds, avoids cables, and doesn’t get stuck pretending it’s trapped in a smooth hallway. Mapping is fast and incredibly accurate. The base station is pure wizardry: self-emptying, self-washing, self-drying. Basically takes care of itself. I barely even remember that vacuuming used to be a thing. What made me sigh loudly: Now the house is always cleaner than my life. Should you buy it? Absolutely. If you want a robot vacuum/mop combo that actually replaces manual cleaning, this is one of the best on the market. Genuinely impressive performance and worth every penny for the time saved. Its 20 000 Pa suction easily tackles crumbs, my lovely cat Latte's pet hair, and fine dust—even on carpets, with no loss of suction power. The smart ProLeap retractable legs let it climb up to 6 cm thresholds, effortlessly crossing rugs and slight level changes. It even uses VersaLift sensors to clean under low furniture as low as 8.9 cm. The self-cleaning dock is a sanity-saver: it empties the dustbin, washes, and dries mop pads at 80 °C using hot water and UV sterilisation, refills tanks, and even handles detergent. No daily maintenance needed! Navigation is precise: I mapped a 50 m² kitchen and living area in under 12 minutes. The robot identifies objects like wires and rugs via AI-enhanced DToF scanning, avoiding most obstacles. On tile and laminate, it mops and vacuums in one pass, leaving floors spotless. Only drawbacks: battery lasts ~90 minutes in normal mode (less than Dreame claims), and voice commands sometimes mishear. But overall, cleaning and convenience justify the investment. Full automation with serious suction power—highly recommend for busy households. It's actually a much better quality product than I expected.

I bought the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra from Amazon, and it’s easily the best robot vacuum/mop I’ve owned so far. Setup & build quality: Packaging was excellent, and everything felt premium out of the box. Setup was straightforward, and it connected to Wi-Fi without fuss. Cleaning performance (real run stats): I’ve been running Vacuum first, then Mop, and the results have been noticeably better than when I run both at once. On a recent clean, it covered around 47 m² in ~69 minutes (vacuum), then 43 m² in ~48 minutes (mop). Floors looked properly refreshed after the mop pass. Dock/maintenance: The dock is a big highlight - it makes the whole experience far more hands-off. I also like the option for a cleaning agent dispenser, which feels like a proper “premium” feature. Ramp/threshold test (surprisingly good): We’ve got a 19cm level change, so I built a DIY ramp (timber side rails with a smooth panel surface). The Matrix10 Ultra handled it reliably. If you’ve got tricky transitions, it’s more capable than I expected - as long as the ramp is smooth and gradual. Overall: excellent cleaning, great dock system, and strong real-world performance. Easy 5 stars from me.

Everything is good when it works until it doesn’t. The mop cover came out sometime when cleaning, it wont go back automatically and then stopped working with red night blinks. And then i need to turn it off and on again to reset it. It’s so random sometimes it can finish a room clean sometimes it cannot, no matter it is mopping or just vacuuming. I contacted Dreame UK for support if they can help or i will just return it as it’s a pricey product. P.S Look like it’s a common issue you can search from YouTube, but no permanent fix I can found.

The roller does most of the work for you, and the self-cleaning feature is a lifesaver because I really don’t want to deal with dirty rollers after I’m done. Battery life is not the best but adequate for a flat Overall, it just works—no fuss, no hassle. If you want something that makes floor cleaning quicker and easier, this is a great buy. I’d definitely recommend it.
