Q: Can you put the bikw with the Stabilizer Wheel Kit on it in a bike carrier back of car?

Only if you have a 4 bike carrier and it has to go on the outside position.

Q: Will these work to teach me to ride a bike? I don't want a three wheel bike, I want something like training wheels for kids.

If you install them as a helper that is up higher than your main wheel, yes. That was how I learned when I was a little kid. I rode around the block with the training wheels helping me if I tipped too far one direction or the other. Once I was comfortable with balancing they came off. It doesn't take long at all. You can set them both to touch the ground, however, pedaling may be a little harder because of the extra friction.

Q: Can the stabilizer be installed on a 7speed cruiser bike?

It is "possible" to "functionally" fit this on "most" adult bikes. However, there is no guarantee that it will fit in a functional manner, or even fit at all. For example, I had to "Make it fit" a bit unconventionally on my wife's bike.... and it barely made it. (Specialized 7 speed for a small woman) If returns are allowed, then try it. Good luck (I wish there was a more definitive answer I could give you)
