not a question but a comment. The product description says the tool is 9 inches long. I received it yesterday. It is only 4 1/2 inches long..bad!!!

Will this work on Shimano sora? I can't seem to find a flat head screwdriver that's wide enough.

It will work but usually you don't need anything more than finger pressure to keep the inside from turning. If it does there is always something around the house that will work. The flat part of the top of a bottle opener will work or the edge of a small metal bracket from the hardware store.

Aren't many chainrings it doesn't work on. Definitely works on road chainrings from the 70's.
