I wanted to keep taking these because they were helping me after day 2, but I had issues with the Ashwagandha ingredient. I’m very sensitive to new medications, and Ashwagandha apparently really upsets my stomach. I might try just taking 1 of these powerful pills!

I keep buying this product. They help a lot with my pms and Peri menopause symptoms. My husband calls them my happy pills as they help regulate my hormones and emotions well. I have noticed less weight gain with these and my metabolism feels like it is doing it's job. They are as easy as any other multi vitamin capsule to take. I tried these in gummy form and found that they didn't have as many supplements in them and were far less effective. I thought the price seemed steep, but it is way cheaper than going to practitioners because my hormones are put of whack and I need somebody else to fix me. Definitely worth the price for my monthly happiness. I take 3 weeks and then stop and detox during menstruation and take different herbs at that time.

I have to say I was skeptical, but this absolutely helped with my hot flashes and raging capabilities. Would definitely recommend.

I would research any supplement fully before purchasing. I saw a video testing this brand and some of the listed ingredients weren’t in the actual product in the video. I reached out to the company and asked for the names of their 3rd party testing companies and where I could find the reports and they refused to give me any of that saying they are transparent but don’t give out that information. There are plenty of companies that do and those are the ones I would trust not this one.

Love it. I couldn’t survive without it.
