Great replacement part
No issues for me. I reused the existing gasket from my old housing because I wasn’t 100% sure on the one supplied with the new part. Also reused the existing oil filter cap because the stem inside the lid was broken on the new part. Came with a replacement oil filter which was nice

LEAKED AFTER 3 WEEKS
Not happy with this product, I have replaced about 4 of these in my car for maintenance. I have tried a few different brands but regret buying this product. The top seal where the plastic top attached to the metal housing, is leaking from all sides as well as the diaphragm cap. Engine bay is now filthy and at risk of damaging my cam seals (been there once and never again). This is one of those cases where buying a OEM replacement is worth the money.

Fit correctly. Recommend watching FCP EURO replacement video.
Part fit correctly, and matched OEM part. You have to use the original 8mm bolts to tap the dip stick bracket and lower bracket pre drilled holes in the housing. (This is noted in FCP EURO's replacement video.)

THE OIL TRAP DOES NOT HAVE THREADS
IT DOES NOT HAVE THREADS FOR OIL DIP STICK TUBE AND BRACKET THAT HOLDS WIRES IN PLACE

Perfect Fit
I won’t say the install was easy but this part was a perfect fit and once the old one was removed this part slid in perfectly, a more cost effective solution to a Volvo problem.
