Its great! It really lifts carpet and makes it easy to vacuum.

Take part works great handle broke on senior attempt at use. Broke right at the screw in part. Trust the reviews that say the handle sucks. Also to be noted once it broke I replaced it with a better handle and that one also broke same spot. I then got a heavy duty handle from an outdoor broom and that has held up. Man oh man this thing works wonders once you fix the handle problem.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:BI liked it. But it broke after 2 months. We did not over use it. And it is outside the return window.

This rake is great on my shag area rug. However, I wish the rigid side was a little more so. The teeth flex too much to really grab hold of the rug fibers and brush them out. It still does an admirable job.

I've had several different carpet rakes. I used them when my kids were little by pulling all their mess to the center of their bedrooms so they could sort and clean easier. I've used them to gather dog toys into a pile. I've used them for dog hair. There are so many uses. This one is the best I've had yet. The handle is very long and that's good for tall people, but I may take one of the sections out. Being able to do that is convenient.

This rake works great! Gets the fur off carpet really well.
