I have a hanging belly . I wear a 16/18 in pants and got a size 2XL . It fit but kept rolling down so I will be returning :( Good breathable quality so I give it a 4 ⭐️

The media could not be loaded. These shapewear shorts were perfect for underneath my dress I wore the other day. I wanted to see if these squeezed me and looked awkward or anything like that, but they didn’t. They’re comfortable. The material is sturdy & strong. They’re not too thick. The silicone strip at the top of the shorts help keep them up. There’s an opening for you to use the bathroom. I did not use that. I just pulled it down to use the bathroom and pulled it back up. The silicone stayed in place throughout the night. It lifts your butt, it doesn’t smash it because of the stretchiness. My coworker noticed. She told me that my butt looks bigger and she asked me what I did, lol.

I like this item but the adhesive on the top does not hold strong enough. The top ends up bunching down wrecking the seamlessness.

I read the reviews of it rolling down but I really like the other products from this company. Be assured they roll down so much and so often it's beyond frustrating. If I can save you the same trouble of waisting your time and money. I hope this helps.

The shaper is made from soft Lycra fabric that is so comfortable and breathable. Rubber banding along the legs and top prevented any rolling. The best part was the fit! My tummy was pulled in nicely without being uncomfortable.
