Hoping they were better than they turned out.
Don't hold there charge in storage. Have to charge the day of use. Disappointing!

Their support is non-existent, and their warranty is worthless.
The drone is alright, but the company is absolutely worthless. Their warranty is written in such a way that they will never have to honor it. Read the fine print, it basically says if you use it under any conditions, the warranty is void. I followed their guidelines for safe flight, and much to my surprise, during manual control the drone randomly shot off in a direction, and then forcefully collided with the ground going full speed. When I filed a warranty claim, their basically said there's nothing they can do and that I have to pay $390 for a replacement. I could go buy another for $600, so they are basically telling me to go buy a brand new one. What a joke of a company. Their software is obviously full of bugs. There were multiple times when I was connected to the drone from my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra where it would stop communicating, even at low distances. The drone would also not save settings even after setting it multiple times. Save your money and go with a trusted company like DJI or Potensic. Their software is better, and they actually stand behind their products and are willing to sacrifice a little bit of money to help their customers.

Non da più segni di vita dopo alcuni mesi, chiedo alla casa madre sostituzione, in tale caso cambieró recensione. Aggiornamento: Dopo aver scritto quanto sopra e dato una stella, sono stato contattato dall’assistenza clienti che ha verificato il problema e mi ha mandato un altra batteria prima della partenza top! Una batteria non funzionante puó capitare ma una buona assistenza merita 5 stelle complimenti!
