I would have to say onion powder is probably the 'spice' I cook with the most. I go through it like crazy. So I am constantly having to replace it to refill my glass container I keep by the stove. The texture of this is finely ground, the flavor is wonderful, has a nice aroma and is visually pleasant. It is an extremely good value, comes in a convenient size, so easy to use right out of the container or in a jar and use a spoon. I think it enhances whatever dish you are preparing and is not overpowering at all. If you like to cook, as I do, you need to give this a try! Worth the money as it is cheaper than the other big store!!
