Excellent value. Same performance as name brands
We use this shredder almost daily for cheese. Not rocket science here. Just grating a lot of cheese for our restaurant. This one is a fraction of the cost and does the same job as our old Hobart did. All of our existing shredding discs fit this machine just fine. Saved us about $800. It is WELL worth the money.
