***** Edited & updated review ***** I would like to partly go back on my previous review. The pencils are perfect & such a delight to use. Problem is the sharpener which has a silly and useless design. The way this sharpener leaves the pencil - causes it to keep breaking repeatedly. The pencil itself has NO issue. So, you can throw away the sharpener & use any other sharpener - the pencil works perfectly fine. No breakage. Nice dark rich smooth black writing. The sharpener (which is only a free add-on) instead of increasing product value, ironically ends up damaging the product value itself! ***** previous review ****** So pretty and lovely to look at... but the wood quality is quite poor and extremely difficult to sharpen. Keeps breaking repeatedly.... the wood simply cracks and so does the lead.... either u need to just sharpen very little and work with a blunt pencil or u need to use a blade....
