Easy install and works great. Much more convenient than trying to find the remote !

Maybe it's me but I doubt it (I've programmed many other remotes). This remote was not as simple as advertised. Programming to my blinds was a frustrating experience. Instructions were not helpful - if not useless. Customer support was worse - the agent was very condescending acted like I was bothering him. Needless to say, the session went nowhere. Of the five blinds I have, I was able to get 3 programmed correctly, the other two would not cooperate. I am calling a local installer for help and will update on his/her efforts.Update.Called a local installer. He reprogrammed all the shades to the hand held remote. Then programming to wall remote was successful. Working flawlessly now.

Programming was as easy as remote. Installation into wall was simpler than I had thought. Was planning on using new work box, but the supplied bracket was more than enough.

Works intermittently even after battery was changed and all antennas were adjusted.

we have been using somfy remotes to raise and lower our sunscreens for the past 20 years. our remote finally died and somfy makes an updated switch that works as well or better. when the switch arrived, we called somfy up and they walked us through the programming of the unit. their customer support is terrific and saved us a visit from a dealer who would have charged us to do the programming. let's hope that we get another 20 years from this unit. if this lasts as long as the previous model, i will write an update.

certainly not an easy install. connection to my blinds was impossible. tried to follow instructions but still nothing. reset everything still nothing. instructions on-lineare different from whats included. returned for refund after 3 hours of trying. still waiting for my $$

Great additional control for the wall - don't have to look for remote. Programming easy once you know how. LOL
