.My husband is thin with no padding on his sit bones. He was always in pain on long car rides. I'm glad I specified needing a cushion for sit bones because this one appeared in my search. It solves his problem and he can sit in the driver's seat now for longer than 10 minutes up to 3 hours. Don't waste your money on cushions that are not designed for supporting sit bone issues. There are 2 holes in the cushion where the sit bones go.

This cushion is very nice and would be very comfortable, but the wholes are too far apart for my petite body.

Bought to treat ischial tendonitis. I find the cushion well made and comfortable. However, I do not feel that it greatly relieved the discomfort for a 2-3 hour car ride. It is a good cushion and may help with other sitting issues, just not ischial tendonitis/bursitis.

My hamstrings and glute just ache sitting in the car. This has been a game changer! I love it SO much!!

I have been using this on my work chair for almost a month. It does not help relieve any pressure on the Ischial bone or hamstring. I think the two holes are too small and I'm a small frame. The cushion also puts too much pressure on the hamstring area which causes much discomfort. I continue to use it due to the fact that I cannot find anything that takes pressure off that area while sitting. I am waiting on a surgery in two weeks. Praying for great results.
