Great Fan!
I have been using this fan for 5 years! If you are looking for remote controlled fan this is the one you should buy! I would but it again if needed.

Great fan
The fan was very easy to put together and is easy to use. Make sure to line up the alignment pins on the blades when assembling it. It has good air flow. The noise level is a little high, but not too bad even at max speed. It's a fan... what do you expect? It has a nice weighted base that keeps the fan stable. The height isn't as adjustable as I expected (there's a difference of only about 8-10" from top to bottom heights), but that isn't a problem for me. The post screws down onto the base so that you don't have to worry about the base coming off when moving it and there's a screw on the top part that holds it in place to the post. However, that screw on the top part isn't great and probably won't last being tightened many times. But once set up, you should never need to tighten it or loosen it, so that shouldn't be a problem. The fan screen is metal and the clips holding the front to the back are metal, but seem to be flimsy, so be careful using them. If they end up breaking off at some point, zip ties work wonders for fan screens... just cut off the excess lengths after tying them on. I haven't used the remote as I don't have the batteries to fit it and I don't have any real use for a remote anyhow. I either have the fan on or off and that can easily be changed by pressing the button on the fan without having to track down a remote.I wanted to clear up a few things I saw in other reviews prior to buying this. Hopefully this will help anyone who had those issues.* If you are missing the small fan blade and remote, check ALL the cardboard as they are both in the same small piece of cardboard that can easily be missed.* The nut that holds the blades on does not unscrew counter-clockwise like you'd expect. Turn it to the right (clockwise) as the directions indicate and it will unscrew easily. This opposite threading prevents it from coming unscrewed as the blade spins.* If your fan is speeding up and slowing down, this is one of the settings. You can disable that easily. If you press the "..." button, you cycle between three fan settings. One will stay on at full speed, one will cycle fast and slow. I haven't tested the third, but it's probably something between those two options. This setting changes the lighted up icons on the right side. For constant full speed, you should have it set to the bottom icon on the right side.* If you aren't getting a lot of air flow, change the fan speed by pressing the power button. This changes the lighted up icons on the left side. The top icon is max speed. Note that it isn't going to be as good as a box fan or commercial fan, but it's still good. I currently have mine sitting about 13 feet away from me and it's hitting me very well. It could be better, but I could also move the fan closer if I really wanted to.

Powerfully amazing!
The media could not be loaded. So I normally don't write reviews but this fan is amazing. I've had it for three months now and it's been through a move and falling over a couple times (I'm clumsy lol) and it's still working like the day I put it together. The remote control is nice, it has the same button icons as the fan does except the power and fan speed buttons are separate on the remote. It was very easy to assemble. One thing I do really like about the assembly and disassembly is that the screw to hold the base to the pole has its own handle if you will so you don't have to worry about tools at all.I personally don't mind the noise level because I like white noise while I'm sleeping. I normally would never turn on a fan while trying to watch TV but the lowest level of this fan is soft enough that I don't mind having it on and turning the TV up only a couple notches. Now let's talk about the power on this bad boy. The highest setting on this fan will move your hair out of your face. I honestly could almost say this is close to a home industrial fan with a remote. If you like to keep It cold in your room while sleeping or have to have moving air, this fan is for you. Before this fan I had two box fans in my room and I would still wake up sweating but with this fan I had no issues at all it kept me cool all night and some nights I would wake up and have to turn down the fan.It does come with a oscillating feature that does have a decent range. It comes with a timer and the remote comes with the button to change that as well. The last thing is it does have a breeze setting. I had no clue and I may not have payed attention or something of that nature but I thought it was pretty cool. The button for it is just three dots which I was very confused by at first because I didn't know what it was but upon further investigation it was the breeze setting which also has three modes you can change and you can simultaneously change with the fan speeds as well.Over all I do love this fan it has has one tiny hiccup which is the pole at the tallest hight will slide down over time and it's not very tall at only 4ish feet at the tallest hight but honestly all of that is over looked with how well it works and how sleek the design is.
