Global Knives G-62 18cm Fluted Cook’s Knife, CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel

I’ve used I O Shen knives for the last 10 years or so and they’re very good but I fancied a change & something with a fluted blade. I was gifted a set of 3 for Christmas and was so impressed I thought I’d add another.Much lighter than the I O Shens with less weight in the handle but razor sharp and very comfortable to use.Great value at this price and a welcome addition to the kitchen!

As global kniven stand i have a full set now for 20 years and skarpen easily with the right sharperner. Bought as a gift and still one of the best on Tue market

Like all Global knives this is endlessly sharp and perfectly balanced. I use it for 10 tasks a day and it is always a pleasure.

I don’t know if the knife I got is fake or second hand but don’t buy it off Amazon, it was blunt within minutes had to put it on the stones. Buy off a proper knife website

Coltello molto maneggevole, facile da affilare, mantiene a lungo il filo! Vera qualità giapponese!Consiglio di munirsi di pietra per affilare così da tenerlo sempre in ottime condizioni.
