First Item was defective. SUPPORT was great. Second item came as expected. Great product!
The first time, I purchased this item unfortunately was defective in many ways :( bad luck I guess. The customer support reached me immediately and replace the defective item. The second one worked as expected. Full color images; the cords were better distributed in the plugged in device. Absolutely love the item. The support and I will purchase again eventually since the resolution is great and it is worth the price (I hope the future buy be as good as the second item due to my location outside EEUU). Thank you!

Won't connect to the app!
Not happy! I bought one several months ago and it worked great. So I ordered another plus three of the light bulb style. I followed the instructions exactly and just the same as I did when I set up the first one. Not only will did the new ones not connect but the original one I had won't work either now. It was working just fine literally just before I tried to connect the new ones.I have since tried everything to connect the new ones or the old one. I've watched every how to video I can find and still nothing. It gets to the point where it says "connected to router" but don't actually show up in the app to used the camera.Very upset!

Great product!
This is definitely a great first timer security camera for my family. I can say for someone with no experience. I was able to set up in just a few minutes after following online instructions. Great pictures and sound when away from the house. By the way,kids haven’t found out we put the camera in the room😉😉😉

Affordable and useful
Well for the price I would say that it was worth it. It gets the job done especially if you’re just looking for a simple camera feed for personal home use. I just don’t like having to clear memory every 4 days and sometimes it buffers but I guess that’s my internet speed. But overall I really like this and would definitely recommend to anyone yes you can get that one.

Completely unreliable in any way do not trust that device for human life protection by better
Product is unstable picture quality on highest setting very bad no color and I have to put in all the new information every time password and user number to find it is not recording anything your wife could be raped and murdered trusting this product while you go to the store and you will have no video feedback that's how she this product is

Hijacks Launcher on Phone, DON'T TRUST IT!!! Did issue refund though.
***UPDATE 08/09/18***Company did reach out to me after they saw my negative review. They didn't offer any explanation to the hijacking of the launcher on my Android phone by their mobile app, but did issue a full refund of the camera no questions asked. So there's that.Added 2 stars for the customer service.***Original Review***Installed the app per the (horrible, broken English) instructions and now ever since my phone keeps asking me which launcher to use do matter how many times I set the default to the one I want. Look on the Google Appstore at the reviews for the ICSee app this camera uses and you'll see NUMEROUS reviews stating the same.This, and the user interface is counter intuitive, and is largely in broken English making it even harder to use. I'd send back, but the packaging got thrown away so now I'm out $$$. Disappointed!!!

Not easy to use
Is not easy to set up. If you have more than one camera it is impossible to set up.
