Value for money and exactly what we needed for our outside pipe. Fit for purpose.

it's not easy due to the quality of the steel
Have used this in the dishwasher to stop the knives and teaspoons from falling through the enlarged holes in the plastic basket, and works a treat. Has been in for around 2 months now, and still as shiny looking as when it was first put in. Quality stainless steel. If you need to cut it, it's not easy due to the quality of the steel, so you'll need a proper cutting tool.

This is mesh!
If you need steel meshing in a application where spot welded mesh won't do and twisted mesh has too large openings, this is the mesh you want. Finding woven wire mesh is ridiculously hard and without it my updraft high temperature wood stove would just not work as well. Other advantages is that this is stainless steel (at least it looks like it) rather than the usual galvanised steel, so it should be extremely durable. As there is no welding in between perpendicular wires it is extremely easy to shape into form and does so in a very clean fashion with no crumples and producing mesmerisingly smooth shapes. Bear in mind that, as this is not welded mesh, you will probably loose a couple meshes on the side to fold it back (and prevent it from loosing wires) unless you are mounting it in a frame.

Good mesh
Does just what I wanted it for - to cut, profile and to shape as a drain guard for inside greenhouse guttering to drainpipe entrance.

Poor product
Rubbish product , on receipt (well packaged) , wire mesh was parting. No robustly made

Just what I wanted
Needed a small 'shelf' to put under a laptop in a precise spot but didn't want to block airflow to the inlets so this was perfect being easy to bend into shape and fix in place. Not the usual use perhaps but it was perfect for the task. However, if bending near the edges, be aware that the odd thread can come adrift so do it with care and perhaps a blob of glue or something like blue tack to hold it in place while working with it.

So, to be totally honest, I stumbled on this mesh from the YouTuber AlfieAesthetics. Alfie is an outdoors enthusiast who uses this mesh as a cheapo fire grill. If you set four tent pegs beneath it, it works well for boiling a stainless steel water bottle or frying small portions of food (squirrel legs, fish, etc.). The mesh isn't exactly stable, though. The individual wires aren't tied or welded down in any way, so they can move around. Furthermore, the ends are kind of pokey. To fix these issues, I took a pair of pliers with narrow tips and bent each end of the wire down and looped them over the supporting wire. This got rid of the pokey ends and kept the mesh's wires from sliding around. It's also much more stiffer now and holds up a bottle of water much better. The mesh weighs almost nothing and takes up practically zero space. If you're a backpacker and you need a small grill that won't weigh you down, consider one of these.

Exactly like mentioned nothing special about it.

It's roughly cut, but with a little patience and needle nose pliers, you can bend over the wire edges depending on what you're using it for. I use it as a cooking platform for backpacking. Bending the edges over gives a nice smooth edge and won't snag in my pack. Paired with 4 steel tent stakes, place above some hot coals, I highly recommended for anyone looking for a lightweight backpacking cooking platform option.

Great product but shipping was slow and product arrived late. I am assuming it was COVID that slowed the delivery.

I only received 1 mesh measure 6"X6". I should have read more of the reviews.
