View Manufacturer's Dwgs for proper Assembly
I read the reviews prior to purchasing and felt my years of experience with similar connectors in the electronics industry would be adequate to put these to use. I guess I am a bit of a dinosaur, and had to resort to the Molex data sheets because these were new to me. Go to the Molex website, search on each part number 430200201 and 430250208 for the plastic bodies. Scroll down to Drawing.PDF (not 3D Model), click and study them carefully to understand how the parts go together. For information on how to prep the wire for crimping, you can search on and view dwgs for43030 and 43031 for detailed contact dimensions where you can infer wire strip lengths. Molex makes great high quality products with a wide range of options tailored for specific applications. I plan to use these for repair of vintage model trains and have left overs for other home projects. I will update this if I run into anything unexpected.

Solid connections for a decent price
Some reviews on here had me worried about the connections but after crimping them I have had zero issues with these. Maybe there some bad batches but I have maintained solid, reliable connections on my 3D printer with these. Wish there were more in the package for $10 but beggars can’t be choosers.

Cross your fingers
First, these are quality connectors. But like the other commenter said, you get one shot to get it right because you are not getting the pins back out (like you can with Dupont connectors). And I was also not able to find instructions anywhere. Not even on youtube. Seems a big oversight to assume only people who have used these before would be buying them. If it helps, trough trial and error, all the metal protrusions forward of the crimp wings matter, so if you are off by even 1mm you will bend things the metal needs to lock into place. Be careful with this. If you look into the connector, you will see a black notch protruding on one side. That is where the "open" or "bottom" of the metal needs to line up. Hope this helps. Deducting a star because I destroyed my first connector figuring this out and had to order more.

Good but finicky
These did get the job done and come with extra pins in case you good up a few The biggest issue is that I couldn't find a good was to remove the pins from the plug once they were inserted. So if you have a pin that looks right, but isn't it can cause you to have to start all over.

Do not purchase this unless hell froze over
This product ought to be sent to Mr Molex for HIS evaluation. Seriously folks , the metal , if you can call it that , is extremely thin and very prone to breaking…especially if your (ahem) Chinese soldering iron gave up the ghost after its inaugural use. The actual metal male/female pieces are on a strip. Reminded me of the old plastic model plan/car/ship kits we used to put together as children. Get real. Real molex connections are not this — crazy — shenzen factory #666 strikes again
