Works exactly like I need it - I work in a public school environment. This earpiece allows me to stay connected to the rest off my admin team while not interrupting teachers and students during a walkthrough or parents while we are in a meeting. Easy to install and very comfortable to wear. Sound is super clear.

Get what you pay for
It just straight up stopped working after about a week or two. Couldn't use the mic button anymore.
