Very strong vibration. While I was seeing if it would work for me, the handle and head quickly became too hot to hold. The unit it is not returnable. I didn't seek a replacement, if the new one was anywhere near the other in vibration...no, just no. Waste of money. Update: Even after a review that suggests a defective product, company made no attempt to contact me.

the wand is as described but is weak on the low setting and in both low and high is noisy. seller service and delivery was fine.
