Finally!! Relief from my neuropathic itch! Using this product is safer than having unwanted medication coursing through my body. No "Ben Gay smell", which is wonderful! One thing I have noticed is that some Capsaicin products will leave an immediate, long-lasting burning sensation when applied. For the most part, this product does not. I can feel it if I place it on areas where my skin is thinner (feet, ankles, etc ...) and then cover those areas with shoes or put them under a blanket. But it's not too uncomfortable. So, there is the heat factor, but it's definitely not as severe as the Capzasin brand. I also appreciate the roll-on applicator option, which ensures my hands won't be unnecessarily covered. This might prove difficult if a person needs to get between toes or fingers, but that isn't an issue for me. TAKE NOTE: The product stays on the body for at least two days. I know this because I can still feel the heat at times, especially in the shower. Also, two days after application, my dog licked my leg and let me know that he could taste it. So, just be aware of that. Neuropathic itch is maddening, and this product is effective in providing immediate, long-lasting relief at a price that is more affordable than a prescription.

I’d rate it lower than a 1 star if I could! I’m generally very diligent about reading the customers reviews before I purchase and failed to on this product. Had I read reviews, I would not have purchased this. It is absolutely horrible! It masks any pain or discomfort with an even much worse and different pain and discomfort. It is like rubbing the hottest chile peppers on your skin. I could not even wash it off with soap to neutralize the burning pain. It is the worst “snake oil “ I have ever applied to my skin. If you happen to accidentally get some on your hands, you will transfer the burning pain to other parts of your body. I made the mistake of scratching my eyelid and my skin was on fire. Ouch!!!

I love this it relieves the pain in my upper back and I also love the heat it releases as I use my mussels.

Can burn if get on hands then rub face or eyes.

Thought it might be a cheaper alternative to Rock Sauce. Even after shaking well, it burned when I put it on. I had to wipe it off after about 10 minutes, and then it was red for two days on my neck and shoulders where it was applied, so it literally burned me!

I’ve used this in the past for various aches and pains and found it works well to ease whatever pain I had. This time I used it on the front of my hips because that’s the area that was bothering me the most. After a few minutes the right hip was itching so bad I had to wash it off. No redness or rash, just itching. It’s easy to apply just like a roll-on deodorant. As long as you don’t get it on your hands.where it was it got on my underwear and then on my hands when using the bathroom. No odor to it and the heat was mild.

I don't use this stuff when I am a bit sore, I use this stuff when I am so sore Icy-Hot, Morin, and everything else does nothing. When nothing else can touch my pain, this does. It burns, especially if the skin it is on is constricted such as under tight clothing or laying on it. When you're in serious pain the burn is good and gets me moving when nothing else will. If you don't have serious pain, well, look at the 1-star reviews.
