Very cute, very handy, very loud. (I may actually slip some sort of a dampener over the speaker to make the alarm slightly quieter, but overall I love it) As a bonus, the last timed time shows up when the alarm clock wakes up from sleep, so if you're using this thing to say set an alarm to brush your teeth 1 hr after you eat every day, you won't need to reset the count down every time.

My son does debate and needs a timer to keep track of their speeches and research time. He was needing a new one when I saw this in my feed. Here are my thoughts on the KADAMS timer: PROS: 1) Easy to use. The unit works like a basic timer with easy to use buttons. 2) Easy to read. The screen is large and easy to see your time> 3) The timer seems to be of good quality. It hopefully will last until he loses another one! CONS: No cons found to date. CONCLUSION: A basic timer that is easy to use and easy to read the time. RATING SYSTEM: I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important. Here is my rating scale: 5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone. 4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well. 3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great. 2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it. 1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.

I love the simple design of this timer. The magnet is strong, and the alarm is loud without being annoying. The buttons work well, and it’s easy to use. The design of a robot is also really cute!

Will the alarm hurt my ears or annoy me like a smoke detector? No. The alarm is softer than expected, so you might not hear it from another room. How often will I have to change the battery? Hardly ever. • The tiny LCD display has no backlight and draws minimal power. • The included CR2032 coin cell battery should last up to 10 years under normal use. (Chances are, you’ll replace the timer before the battery dies.) Final Verdict? If you need a SIMPLE, no-nonsense kitchen timer, this one is a great choice.

My husband and I are retired and play card and word games that require a timer for turns (especially important to keep husband in line!). Our older timer was on it's last legs so I ordered this one and am happy with it's simple no frills design. It comes with a very nice printed instruction booklet with photos that is easy to understand. The alarm sound is loud but not too loud and is perfect to hear while in other rooms. We will not be using the magnet on the back to hang on the refrigerator but it worked well when I tested it. We may also use this little timer for our grandsons aged 2 and 4 to reinforce when it's time to pick up toys or get ready for baths and bed! I also like the cute little robot face!
