This is a great product and a good buy, I am on my second bottle, and the ashwagandha is a boss it keeps me calm and full of energy, I am 50 nuff. So it helps with my menopause woes.

Amazing supplement, the energy it gives you is great, i feel like a whole different person, i am 18 with medical issues and it helps a lot, it keeps my mind clear and my mood good, the only thing i wish is that they increased the aswhaganda dosage slightly higher, every other supplement is amazing and perfect dosage, if i feel so different at 18 im sure anyone older would get a huge boost.

One of my fav combo health supplements. Boosts energy while making you feel great. No weird after taste.

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life.Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally.Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.

This gives me energy so I can get though the day.
