The wireless technology is a huge plus! My sister recently suffered a muscle strain, and using the TENS unit has definitely helped her recovery. I use it regularly for lower back pain, and it provides so much relief. It's great that it comes with an extra set of adhesive patches! The app is easy to use and has so many options! We haven't had any connection issues, and the battery life and charging time are excellent. I highly recommend it for muscle relaxation and recovery!

To use this you must download an app. I found I needed to give it all the permissions it was asking or the app did not work. Once I figured out the app, the usage was pretty simple. There is a list of modes, which don't make sense exactly so you just have to play around with them. I take it that each mode activates a different electric stimulation pattern. Within each mode, there are even more options as well as a scale of 1-10 on intensity. I could not tolerate anything past a level 3 intensity and I tried the pads on a few different areas of my body. Maybe I'm a wimp or maybe it is just that powerful. I like the design of these and the fact they are rechargeable and wireless. It's always a pain to have to maneuver wires when using a tens unit and this is a great solution. The units have a nice little carrying case and the pads have a solid plastic surface to adhere to and be stored when not in use. This is easy to store and easy to travel with.

works great the app is great, it’s very strong, i’m usually not moving past level 2. The case it comes in was really tough to get out though and gels seem to be not as sticky for using it 3 times we will see, but that’s why i’m removing one star. I don’t like whoever delivered it though they didn’t bother bringing it to the door, or take it down a few steps.

This wireless TENS unit is great. No wires to attach and is very portable. My husband uses it for rotator cuff recovery. Works well.

The media could not be loaded. As a nail technician, I spend hours sitting and bending over clients every day, and it really takes a toll on my back, neck, shoulders, and arms. This Wireless TENS Unit has been an absolute game changer for me! I love that there are no messy wires — just attach it, open the app, and start relaxing. It’s so easy to control through my phone, and I can use it literally anywhere — at the salon between appointments or even while relaxing at home.The 18 different modes give me so many options depending on what kind of pain or tension I’m feeling that day. It’s strong enough to really target deep tissue soreness but gentle enough that it feels soothing and relaxing. I honestly feel like I have my own personal massage therapist with me all the time now.If you’re a nail tech like me (or really anyone who works long hours sitting or using your hands a lot), this device is a total must-have. It helps reduce soreness, prevent stiffness, and just makes recovery so much easier. Definitely one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and career.

I will start this review by saying that I do have a professional tens machine that I got from my physical therapist. When I saw this and how highly rated it was, I thought it would be great to have one that was portable. I also liked the different settings and hoped this one might feel more like a massage. It does feel like a traditional tens machine with electrical pulses. I am not sure why they named the different kinds of pulses after massage movements as they do not resemble them at all. That said, the app is very easy to download and use, it took five minutes to open package and get going. This is not nearly as strong as a professional machine. I can go all the way up to the top setting with very little difficulty, on the first setting I do not feel anything! In addition, it has a half hour setting and then you must restart from the beginning, which is a bit inconvenient. It is nice to not have to carry around the machine or have the crisscross of wires but you sacrifice strength for this convenience. I will say this is extremely convenient for traveling! The pods are tiny and easy to recharge, they fit in a pocket. So while I will use my professional unit at home, this one will stay and travel with me.

This unit is amazing for soothing sore muscles and relieving back pain. The wireless design makes it super convenient, and the different modes help target exactly what I need. It’s easy to use and works great for relaxation and recovery. Highly recommend!

Device works pretty much as described, nothing more or less special than any generic TNS unit. Problem with this brand is that the electrodes are TERRIBLE! After one use, they lose their adhesive qualities and cannot really be used again without adding tape over the electrodes to hold them in place. I followed there instructions carefully, including using deionized water to revive the adhesive qualities of the electrodes to no avail. The description says one can use the electrodes up to 50 times before replacing them, but beware, you can use them maybe 2-3 times max, even with tape applied over the electrodes to keep them in place. Their device is okay, but they have really scrimped on the quality of their electrode pads. Would not buy again.
