Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce, 200ml

Excellent version of this sauce.

I like sriracha and thought i would try the flying goose brand its does taste different from the normal one i buy but not in a bad way. I liked it and would buy it again

I really love this sauce. I don't like my chilli sauce too hot, so this version hits the spot for me--its hotness creeps up on you subtly but doesn't overwhelm other flavours in the food or in the sauce itself. You can taste the chillies in this and also the garlic, so it's not one of those crude sauces that bring hotness and nothing else. At the moment I'm using this as my go to chilli sauce, but I'll continue looking for something a little more healthily made, because the downside to this sauce is the monosodium glutamate and other E numbers in it. I'm not hung up on all that, but would rather avoid unnecessary chemicals if I can.

I have tried this sriracha and the rooster brand, my preference being the latter. This version is too sweet tasting for me, however it still offers good flavour and heat. So if you prefer a more savoury taste I would try the other.

It came like the sauce and vinegar has separated and is out of date so i dont want to try ir.

Received the item in good condition and a great addition to my husband's spices.
