Bic Luminere Candle Lighter - Blue

I really love the convenience of this carry along lighter. For my job, it is the perfect size and I can count on it to work. Same as other reviewers though, my major criticism is the fact that it is a finite tool. Why cannot the manufacturer make them refillable? It is a ridiculous waste to toss it into the garbage to go into a landfill where it will not break down for eons, when it is still working perfectly! I'd pay more for it if it was refillable. Stupid corporate greed.

I really like this - I love candles, but I hardly ever lit them because we didn't have matches, or the matches were too fiddly, or the wick inaccessible. I ordered two different versions of this gadget at the same time (by accident!). I like this one best. It's easy to reach the candle, and it's relatively comfortable to click the safety and then the trigger. The other one is much harder to light (a red flexible multi-lighter). This is great, is always there, and we've had candles every night for almost a month now, during the long, gloomy winter. Revolutionary for me!

I've been using a Bic Luminere candle lighter since I received one for a gift some time ago. When it ran out and I couldn't useit again I was lost. I looked around in the stores couldn't find one and so turned to the internet. My best gift to myself was mynew lighter. Works great and the ability to move the stem in any position if great. Buy it you'll love it!
