Bad quality product.. didn’t work properly

Build quality is solid, games run well, but stick is not working after 6 months, software issue appeared and nowhere any guarantee/warantee and support is mentioned.

Please don't buy this item.
Not good quality they mentioned it can run 4k games but it actually runs 720p. only gta vice city is good .The controller keep disconnecting I don't know why and if I try to return it they said they won't give my money back. Better buy from store check the quality and buy it.I recommend buying a pocket gamer
