Smooth versitile carry on
I love this Tote. I looked a just about every 4 wheeled briefcase/tote on the market. My goal was to find a 4 wheel light weight bag that can carry my laptop, files, miscellaneous things, water bottle and ride on top of a carry on suitcase when I travel. Goal accomplished. I can fit so much in this versatile bag. The wheels roll smoothly on carpet as well as smooth surfaces which can't be said of most 4 wheeled cases. I haven't used it enough yet to determine durability but so far so good.

They must have a bag for any traveler
Love this bag and parking it is a breeze. Once you’re done if old within itself and you can even stick it in a drawer do you need it again. I love pulling it through the airports it’s so easy to roll

Buy something else
I bought this for a weekend trip. So awful that I left it in Florida and bought a new bag. Nobody could deal with it as it continuously tips over and is being dragged instead of wheeled. The poor shuttle driver offered to take my bag and kept turning it around to see if that would help it not to fall over. The so-called shoulder strap is adjustable but the non-slip shoulder pad doesn’t adjust with it so at 5’10” I was too short to keep it on my shoulder. Other passengers on the plane were laughing at it. Serious disaster.

DO not buy this
I didn't use it right away and Amazon won't take it back. I talked to Biaggi and they were no help since I bought it on Amazon. It will not stand up. There is NO structure to it. No collapsible handle and you end up dragging it on its side. UGH. Total waste of money.

Terrible bag
This is a terrible bag. If you don't balance it perfectly it twists and tips. It doesn't roll well on carpets. I took it on one trip and fought with it all the time. If I didn't need a second bag on this trip I would have dumped in the garbage
