Conair Double Ceramic 1-Inch Curling Iron, 1-inch barrel produces classic curls – for use on short, medium, and long hair

Bought the 3/4 inch iron and it gives my hair the tighter curl I was looking for. I have curly hair and need to "fill in" some of the frizzy parts. This iron works amazing. I have shoulder length hair and the rod length is perfect as well. I also like that is has a rounded end which makes curling easier. Not a fan of the ones that have an angled tip as they are difficult to use. Hair stays in place in the clip yet slides and wraps without issue. Heats up quickly. I set it at the highest heat setting. Have not used the turbo button as I get all day curls without it. This one is a great iron at a great price!!

Ok... I actually stopped curling my hair this morning to write this review. The curling iron is great as far as curling your hair it's the on and off switch... can't figure out for the life of me why you would design this product's on and off switch on the handle right where you put your hands to twist your hair on the rod. I'm CONSTANTLY turning it off by mistake. Great product poor design! 🤔☹️

I have shorter hair and was looking for the right size curling iron, and this is it! I’ve had this brand many times through my lifetime and the quality is always spot on. There are many heat settings and a turbo setting. I have no problems with my hair tangling while using it. It makes just the right size curls for shorter hair!

Finally found my Tool!After trying several curling irons over the years, I never really found one that worked on my thin, fine hair.After a decade I thought I’d try again and ordered a curling iron that self-winds…big mistake. This was more trouble than I was willing to go through and hair didn’t hold a curl.Recently, I came across this curling iron, designed with a short barrel (I chopped off my very long hair for shoulder length!) for the short to medium length and an easy to adjust temperature dial. Simple to use, holds thin, fine hair Perfectly and the curls stay in All Day! I can’t tell you how effortless the process is now!Just make sure you read the enclosed instruction because it tells you what temperature is best for your hair type! I’ve used this a few times now and each time was quick, easy and gave me a Great style! You won’t be disappointed!

I was sad to return this but within 10 minutes of use, my hair got caught in the clamp screws and the prop notch at the top of the iron several times, and I couldn’t avoid hitting the on/off buttons a couple of times.All of my hot tools have been conair over the years for their great price, durability, and quality, but this one missed.I have long hair so this barrel was too short, though average length barrels have always been fine. The barrel didn’t glide well on my hair either. I also don’t love that the clamp spring is visible; it makes me think hair could get caught in there, too.For $20, it’s fine. It heats up quickly and produces pretty waves, but the worst part is the exposed screws on the clamp because they catch hair so easily.

Bought this for my teenager for Christmas and it’s seems to do its job. She enjoys this curling iron. The color is cute and the grip on the handle is a bonus. I enjoy the heat control options so she doesn’t burn herself. Quality is great and durable.
