After a lot of research these were determined to be the best for the job
We needed isolation switches for our campervan electrics and after a lot of research we found that these were the most highly regarded. They do cost a little more than the cheap replicas but are of much better quality and there is a reason that replicas are created of these in particular. Easy to install considering we are noobs but that is thanks to YouTube.

Not worth the extra money
I have purchase both Blue sea and so called cheap knock off. Firstly the plastic mouldings are either direct copies or they use the same toolset. The mouldings marks are all identical even down to the blemish’s in the moulds. The switch operation feels identical and measured contact resistances are actually higher (0.2ohms) on the Blue sea product. People mention better sealing in Blue Sea’s product, I can’t see any seals on either product. The Blue Sea’s product also arrived in bubble wrap, no box! no instructions, guarantee card or any literature. At twice the price of an equivalent non Blue Sea product I’d say be sure you’re getting your moneys worth.

Estoy rehaciendo la instalación eléctrica de mi autocaravana. Con los consumos que se están alcanzando gracias a las nuevas baterías de LiFePo4, tener un desconectador de calidad, no es un asunto menor, no estaba dispuesto a poner un elemento que tiene que cortar corrientes en DC de más de 100A, de marca genérica. Absolutamente recomendado, eso sí, pagas su precio.

I bought some cheaper switches and realized they don't seal properly and are made of cheap conducting components. I did not dare use the cheap switches with the amount of power I want to manage. SO I FOUND THIS SWITCH, ORDERED IT AND WOW, I GOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING INSTEAD OF A CHEAP KNOCK OFF UNIT. This switch is sealed, is very robust, is made with quality conductors not cheap little bits of metal. THIS IS A PRO GRADE UNIT MADE TO LAST. IT IS TOUGH, SAFE, HIGHEST QUALITY AND IS GOING TO WORK GREAT WITH MY 0 POWER CABLES AT 300 AMPS. Shawn from Canada
