Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset w/ Voice Commands & Noise Reduction

My previous Plantronics Voyager Headset died on me after several years. I ordered the same model as a replacement because I have been very happy with the performance.

I've only used this model for years!! Great earpiece.

This is my 2nd earpiece I bought on Amazon in the past 3 years. The first one lasted me for over 2 years. When I bought the 2nd one from TechFlash, it worked intermittently with people on the other end barely hearing me. The item has a 1 year warranty and I sent several emails to the seller via Amazon but no one has responded. These emails were sent prior to March 05, 2020 pre Covid 19 dilemma. I am surprised that Amazon has ignored my repeated emails to the vendor. All I wanted was the vendor to honor the 1 year warranty on defective product.and send me an exchange. I would appreciate if Amazon would contact the seller based on their vendor cointracts/agreements.

Usually works well,, but sometimes restarts required due to splotchy communication. Security is always an ongoing concern,, someone should building better.

I liked to know that I received this item at reduced price and functioning as intended

This blue tooth works well and is very intuitive - will allow you to pick up incoming calls by using voice command to"answer" or ignore call. Calls are clear. Sound volume and quality are great. Very satisfied with this product.

I received the unit today it paired with no problem and seems to be working well this is my second legend the first one worked really well it just wore out over the past years I'll see how this one fairs with my bike riding as of now so far so good.

There are times it will not connect to my phone or the other person cannot hear me and it sounds like something is loose inside
