Bottle arrived and it was Leaking
I love this cough syrup, so I give it four stars. I use it when I need it, I have been using it as long as I can remember. But the bottle came yesterday, and it was leaking through the cardboard box. So I had a chat with Amazon Customer Service. They proceeded to tell me that they do not accept returns for this item. I explained that the bottle was leaking, I was not trying to return it because I changed my mind. They told me there was nothing they could do. I had to wait another 48 hours and then contact them all over again. I am still shocked that that was their response, and I shop with them all the time. And I am shocked that the bottle was leaking. When you get a new bottle, it is very difficult to open. So how did it have a leak? A manufacturing defect? It is supposed to be properly sealed.
