Great Laptop
So far this laptop has been a great replacement for my previous laptop.

This computer is a good buy, has a screen large enough to see easily if you have poor eyesight, and is easy to use. A full battery runs down in a couple hours of steady use. The screen his well lit and adjustable for brightness.

Great for College Students general work!!!
This HP 17.3” touchscreen laptop is a solid choice for students, casual users, and those who need a large display for web browsing, streaming, and office work. The combination of 16GB RAM and dual storage offers good performance for multitasking. I have been using mine to do my college work and its been amazing... However, if you need a powerhouse for gaming or professional workloads, you might want to consider a higher-end model. (4/5) – Great for general use, but not for power users.

BUYERS BEWARE:(
Do not rely on RUFUS or the REVIEWS when determining exactly what features this seller's particular product actually has! Please know this seller's product DOES NOT HAVE the touchscreen feature (even though Rufus and four reviewers led you to believe this seller's product has touchscreen). I ordered this item for a great total price of $1511.99 not realizing it was really NOT a touchscreen. As soon as I realized it did not have touchscreen, I asked for a return/refund. Unfortunately, I had to pay a $70 restocking fee which under my circumstances I should not have had to pay because RUFUS and the REVIEWS are misleading. I stood by HP products 100%. I ordered a HP Envy desktop 11 years ago and a HP laptop 10 years ago from Amazon. Both are solid with zero problems. The only reason I ordered new ones was the upgrade to Windows 11. Both of my new HP ones are like "putting lipstick on a pig"! Folks, times are "a changing". Quality sucks. I'm lucky that Amazon has great return policies. I guess sellers have to make money somehow with the restocking fee. Note my returned laptop is now being sold at a 260% markup! Please be very, very careful when purchasing electronics online, especially from third parties. Where you can, buy from a "brick and mortar store". Now days, regardless of where you buy, there is no quality guarantee. Keep in mind most products you purchase now come from another country. So maybe you do get what you pay for...lol...happy new year!!

HP Never Lets Me Down!
Works perfect for what I use it for. The large touchscreen is awesome for drawing with a simple stylus. If you are expecting a gaming computer, you should look elsewhere.
