EXCELLENT PRODUCT!I use this L’Oréal bond repair formula in between my Olaplex no3 bond treatments and my hair has never been so soft.Before olaplex and this L’Oréal formula, I tried everything. My long color treated light blonde hair was like straw. Then menopause hit and my hair began thinning became extra brittle. It’s looked terrible.So I cut it into a pixie and let it grow 18 months without color treatment. It was just too damaged.After my first color with a high quality hair dye I used olaplex no 3 for the first time and followed with this product and the results are just amazing.For what’s it’s worth I also use the companion products in the pink L’Oréal bond repair line with this one for full effects. They all have this bond repair formulation.Pre-shampoo, shampoo, conditioner and hair oil.I love the aroma. Soft and very feminine and the lather is luxurious. The price is amazing for noticeable results when you compare with the high end products at a fraction of the cost. In this economy every little bit helps.I only shampoo 2 to 3 times a week and always finish with cool water to close the cuticle. I limit using heat on my hair when possible and my efforts are definitely paying off. My hair is thicker, soft and back to pre menopause volume. While this will not regrow lost hair, a healthy scalp and bond repair formula helps keep the hair you have from falling out. I also use other hair growth products.No leaking bottle here.

This is my favorite shampoo. I love the way my hair feels afterwards. I also love the smell, it isn’t overbearing but has a great scent to it. I feel like my scalp is clean and nourished.

Bought the small bottles a few times then decided this is my brand and now get the big bottles. Saved my hair that was damaged from highlights that were breaking off like crazy.

I love this kind of shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair soft and smooth and it’s very comparable to higher cost acidic treatments in my opinion. It has a nice scent as well. My hairdresser even commented on the shininess of my hair the last time I went in. Amazon is the only place I have found this shampoo/ conditioner in a larger size. Great value for the $$.

I have gray hair. Gray hair can be very hard to manage. It frizzes and breaks easily. I struggle finding a shampoo that actually lessens my hair loss and breakage. All the shampoos that I use are sulfate free. I have no trouble with suds the way I have heard many complaints on here about sulfate free shampoo. Seems a little strange to me. But I loved this shampoo. The first time I used it. There was no hair on the shower drain and when I brushed out my hair and dried it, I did not have hair coming out everywhere which really made me happy. My hair stayed soft and clean for three days. I really like the shampoo and will keep using it. If I find overall improvement with this bottle, I will buy more. By the way, someone said in one of the reviews about L’Oreal doing ANIMAL testing. That is not true. They quit that almost 40 years ago. They quit it long before the regulations were implemented. Companies no longer do animal testing. They know the price they will pay if people think they use animals. So that does not need to be a concern for anyone buying L’Oreal products. I love the shampoo so far.

I have very thick, wavy hair. I often have to get it thinned. But this shampoo is magical! It tames my hair and helps it curl at the same time without any heavy build up.
