I really wanted to like this system, it seemed so easy to put up. But after like 3 weeks of working with it I still can't figure it out. And I in no way have issues with tech stuff. Ever. I don't know if it's a language issue with the menus and instructions (there are a million typos both in the system itself and in the instructions), but I have basically had to just do a trial and error method of setting it up and it just isn't doing anything that I would expect it to be able to do. It's a glorified doorbell. If I still had the box I would return it.

I wanted to give this item a much higher review as it does what a basic alarm should do but it missed the mark on everything past basic. The app is simplistic at best with little to no info. The amazon echo skill is simply horrible. I would expect it to be more customizable. What I mean by that is something as simple as labeling each senor so that it’s not zone 1, but rather “front door”. The siren is required as the volume of this unit is no louder then a laptop but then you can’t turn it on and off. It doesn’t tell you what zones are open which, why not? Three is a full color display. Hopefully the manufactur comes up with some updates to make this unit just a touch better. At least tell me what door/window is open.

Absolute garbage. App, instructions and interface are in chinglish with limited direction. I installed the W20 app on 3 devices and tried the setting it up without success. I can’t lid never get it connected to WiFi. The W20 app wouldn’t get past the network password screen on my iPad because apparently the return key on the keyboard doesn’t interface with the (in Chinese) enter button on the app so, the keyboard would never minimize to hit enter! I wasted about 4 hours of my life futzing with this thing.

Listen to all the bad reviews here. While I did get this to mostly work, it was an all day struggle and I usually can figure things out pretty quickly. This is a LOT of time I'll never get back. The manual is clunky, the menu system on the device is clunky, and it takes a while to get a feel for how it works. I bought this on a super sale and I'm glad I didn't pay retail.And this is all really a shame because this in a very nice looking device on my wall and it WANTS to work. Just a little more effort into the English translations and functions, this would be quite the system. Nice swing but fouled out.

system was purchased to be used as a personal alert for an older person. It works well for this, but could use a smaller panic button that could reasonably be carried on a pendant. As is, we use the remote fob, am very happy with the products and service received from Fortress Security. The installation was not difficult at all, but when I needed a little support the company answered quickly and was very patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

Sent it back, never connected to the WiFi. Turned on and was a great paperweight.

Glad this is something I will be greatly enjoy. Safety do my friend it number one and getting a system like this helps give my family a sense of security. I seen a number of reviews as of late and taught this was a great system to get. It was easy to hook up even for a none handy person. I am not much of a handy guy and was looking for a security system that I could easily install myself and after reading some of the reviews
