Taste is not good, but after making shake it's taste good and a good source of protein too.. People should try it those who are lactose intolerant.

It is good protein, but you have to get over the bland taste if you are simply mixing in water without any other taste enhancers. It gets frothy if you shake it in a bottle. it does give muscle gain so it works

I'm into body building from 12 years. This is the best result giving protein I ever had. I'm a vegan. This is cruelty/dairy free.

It forms lumps and gives a bad taste , mixability is worst , quality of the powder in the bottle received was also not good, do not buy and use not value for money

This is my first soy protein extract and it is good although chinese (as I dont promote chinese items).Next time I may try an indian brand.But this one is well digested and probably the best textured extract, smooth and fine.
