Good Product
It’s a good product. It does exactly what it is intended to do. Just follow instructions and donot use RO water and never fill up the full jar. Use nomal tap water. I am happy with the product.

Even afer switching on for 3-4 mins. No steam. Defective product sent..

Unhappy with the product
Recieved the product in a damaged box. Colour of the product was also different from the display image but it's not an issue. Only concern was with the damaged box. Seems like an used product.Even last time i recieved a steam vaporiser in a damaged box and I had to return it.. and yet it has been repeated again thereby downgrading amazons reputation and its image.
