Broken after 2 months and terrible customer support
We love the coffee that the machine makes, but extremely disappointed that it started leaking sometimes after 2 months of use. No customer support provided and would highly recommend avoiding the seller!!!

Very proactive seller- coffee machine delivered before the forecasted delivery date. Brilliant coffee machine- best of both worlds between a manual machine that requires a lot of backend training to get a coffee-shop level coffee and a bean-to-cup machine which taste horrible. The Ninja ES601 is easy to use and produces brilliant coffees that are along the same standards as a good Starbucks- mid-tier coffee store- highly highly recommended!

Non capisco le recensioni negative o frasi come "non va bene per gli italiani". A mio avviso sono solo fesserie, è sufficiente settarla come la si desidera, in tra mesi circa che ce l'ho, ho testato varie miscele, più o meno robuste o dolci, ogni cambio di miscela richiede un nuovo setting ma è normale. Prendete miscele tostate da non più di un mese e trovate il setting giusto, non rimarrete delusi! Nel video di esempio ottengo 25 ml esatti di caffè in 25 secondi, quindi caffè fatto a regola d'arte. Consistenza, cremosità, gusto, temperatura, persistenza, tutto al posto giusto. Sto usando una miscela di media tostatura e appena più robusta di arabica, impostato massimo livello di intensità (3 pallini di 3) e temperatura High. Macinatura 14, nonostante mi venga suggerito 21 (aumentando diventa troppo lungo). Io ho la ES601EU, la Premiere.

Enfin du bon café. Cette machine est top. Reglages facile. Chaqu'un peu se faire son café comme il le souhaite. Je recommande vivement.
